I had such a great experience at Bud and Rita’s Dispensary in West Town! Mac was absolutely amazing and so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make the experience feel special and welcoming for us.

Currently my go to dispo. But constantly run into the same issue here. The only thing I’d change about this place is adding an express lane for online orders. Kinda ridiculous having to wait in a long line when I place an order online purposely so that I can be in and out quick.

I absolutely love this location! I had been meaning to stop in since they opened, but there are three dispensaries closer to me, so it took me a minute to finally check it out. I’m so glad I did because it quickly became my favorite spot. The store itself looks great and the employees are always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I did run into an issue once and reached out to customer service. Within just a few hours, the GM, Morgan, personally contacted me. Morgan was fantastic—super professional, responsive, and resolved the issue right away. They also have great prices and one of the fastest rewards/points systems I’ve seen, which is a huge bonus. Overall, amazing service and an awesome team. Highly recommen
