1. Promotion Description

The June Summer Sweepstakes  (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 6/27 and ends on 7/10 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Budrista Club for Bud and Rita’s Dispensaries, in Illinois. By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries, as well as the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions or comments to the Sponsor via email at info@budristaclub.com during the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to Budrista Club members and all natural persons who are legal residents of the State of Illinois and at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside of Illinois and where prohibited by law. The Sponsor, along with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Additionally, Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are ineligible to participate or win. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, “Household Members” include people who share the same residence for at least three months per year, and “Immediate Family Members” include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Grand Prize

A pair of tickets to Kevin Hart’s ACTING MY AGE TOUR on July 19th at Hard Rock Casino Rockford. Approximate retail value is $550. One winner will be chosen.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize described in these Official Rules becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. The ARV of each prize is determined in good faith by the Sponsor and is final and binding; no appeals will be considered. If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or any other form of compensation. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged prize items. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, and prizes will be awarded and delivered only within the United States. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason in accordance with these Official Rules, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

5. How to Enter

From 6/27 to 7/10, entrants can fill out this entry form or opt-in at checkout at any Bud and Rita’s location. By completing the form, you agree to become a member of the Budrista Club, if not already a member. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods—including but not limited to commercial contest or sweepstakes subscription services—will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place online on 7/11 . Winners will be notified by email using the contact information they submitted or provided through their Budrista Club membership within three (3) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in or failure to receive notification for any reason, including but not limited to inactive email accounts, technical issues affecting email delivery, or the winner’s failure to properly monitor their email account.

7. Privacy

Any personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to the Budrista Club’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for administrative, prize fulfillment, or promotional purposes in all media without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, lost or late entries, or any damage to an entrant’s device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned—including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that could affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes—Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor will immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards and reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total approximate retail value as stated in these Official Rules) in a manner that is fair and equitable, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and the Released Parties shall have no further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
